I always am reminded to drink more water by my health practitioners and inner guides, but I often still forget. I made a discovery a few years back, something that combined my love of art, health and gardening all together in a most amazing way. Something so simple yet so divine. The making and drinking of what I call, Beautiful Water. When I make this, drinking water becomes a delight and more of a healing ritual.
